Materials

In addition to the format, the choice of the right paper is also crucial for success. If you are looking to print a leaflet that is designed to encourage people to take it with them as an advertising flyer, we like to use a light paper of 115g or 135g. If you want it to feel more classy, we recommend a heavier, higher quality paper. Whether in gloss or matt, on offset or coated art paper - we have a wide range of paper in weights from 80g to 300g in stock for roll fold leaflets.

What Should Be Considered When Ordering Roll Fold Leaflets?

To ensure that the end result comes out the way you want it to, please refer to the instructions in our data sheet or design template. It is always best to allow for a 2 mm bleed margin on elements that extend to the edge of your roll fold flyers. Furthermore, all important content such as texts, logos and graphics should be positioned with a safety clearance of 5 mm from the edge in order to avoid falling prey to possible manufacturing tolerances.

You should pay particular attention to the page alignment - after all, your folded flyer is not meant to be read upside down. Text and images should be laid out correctly according to the direction of reading. So that nothing goes wrong, please take a look at our notes in the data sheet under the point "rotation of the leaflet" - we have outlined the correct method in pictures for greater clarity.
