You can track the status of your orders at any time in your personal customer section under "My orders" in the "Orders" menu, and can also download copies of invoices there. When your print product is dispatched we automatically send you a link to the tracking system with the tracking number of the shipping service provider.

After selecting your print product, as the first step in an order you have the possibility of giving your print job an individual name. Providing a name makes it easier for you to manage your orders and to assign deliveries or invoices to them.

Cancellation of an order is possible at any time until you make the payment. In your personal customer section you can use the "Cancel" option available for each active - but not yet paid for - order under "My orders" in the "Orders" menu. In most cases, it is not possible to cancel an order at a later date free of charge. Please contact our customer service.

Our aim is to deliver every order on time and in the best quality. However, if at any time you are not satisfied with the print products received, we wish to ensure that making a complaint is as easy as possible. In your personal customer section, you can use the "Complaint" option available for each completed order under "My orders" in the "Orders" menu. After you have entered and sent us all the relevant information, our Quality Assurance team will immediately check your complaint and contact you with a proposed solution.
