Delivery

You can select the production time for your order during the ordering process. Your print job will go into production as soon as you pay and complete your order. Orders with the option "payment in advance" go into production immediately upon receipt of payment. Please note that we calculate the production time in working days; i.e. weekends and national holidays are not included.

If it needs to be delivered quickly, we are happy to ship your order by express delivery. This guarantees delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday) following handover of your order to the courier service.

With our free standard shipping service, your printed materials will usually arrive the next working day (Monday to Friday) after shipment; however, unlike express shipping, we cannot guarantee this.

When selecting "Sender Printworld", printworld.com GmbH will appear as the sender both on the shipping labels and the delivery note.

If you'd prefer to send the order directly to your customer, please select the shipping option "Neutral delivery note". All documents, including the delivery bill, will then show the sender of your choice. You can easily store your shipping addresses in the address book in your personal customer area.

We offer you the option of uploading your own delivery note as a one-page PDF file in A4 format as an extended option for neutral dispatch. We will then add this to your delivery. The sender address of your choice will, of course, appear on the shipping labels.

It is of course also possible to ship part of your order to another delivery address. Please just get in touch with our customer service.
