Service options
Please choose the kind of data check. As part of the basic data check, we verify the general suitability of your data (file format, page size, number of pages and font embedding) for printing the ordered product and provide you a short report as well as a preview PDF for print approval. The extended data check also inspects the colour space, image resolution, white overprinting, line widths and colour application of all objects in the file, as well as whether printable comments are still included. With the extended print data check, you will also receive a PDF file with objects marked in layers and notes in case of possible problems. If you send your desk pads directly and neutrally packaged to your end customer, please select whether and how many sample copies should be sent to you (your address stored in the customer account) by post. The sample copies are taken from the ordered print run and will be dispatched at the same time as your order.
Please choose the maximally possible production time in working days (Monday to Friday) until your order is handed over to the shipping service provider. The production time begins with the payment-obligatory order. If the order is placed till 12:00 o'clock, this day of the order counts to the production time.
If you wish, you can make a financial contribution towards funding certified climate protection projects via ClimatePartner. The amount of the contribution depends on the total weight of the product you have ordered. This contribution does not mean that your order will be emission-free or carbon-neutral as a result. During the ordering process, you can download a certificate and a label with a unique ID to identify your printed product. Further information can be found on our ‘Climate Contribution’ page.
