Have Desk Pads Printed – A Constant Companion For Everyday Office Life.

Your loyal, day-to-day companion for the office: Custom printed desk pads.

The 21st century office is increasingly digital. Many familiar components are gradually being replaced by electronic successors. However even today, no office can do without paper desk pads. They are far more than just a protective cover for your desk. Desk pads are often printed with a calendar to give a quick and reliable reference for the date, day of the week and calendar week. They also provide space for quick notes or important contact information. Instead of having lots of loose pieces of paper, desk pads combine all these features compactly on a single sheet. At printworld.com, you can have desk pads printed in DIN A3 or DIN A2, with 25 or 50 sheets per pad.

They should also not be ignored as an advertising media. Add your logo, slogan and company contact information to your desk pads to maintain a presence on your customers' desks.

Find it hard to imagine a day at the office without sticky notes? Do you treasure these small pieces of paper as a way of storing reminders for yourself and your colleagues? Regardless if you use them on invoices, on your monitor or even your desk. Order additional sticky notes or a matching memo cube from us and your message is guaranteed to hit the mark.

Printing Your Desk Pads – With CMYK or Spot Colours?

In addition to standard four-colour printing, we can also print desk pads for you using spot colours. Spot colours are always used wherever designs require more than four-colour printing. Spot colour, usually defined according to Pantone or HKS palettes, enables printing colours outside the four-colour printing method range.

Spot colours also make it easier to recognise your brand. Thanks to a fixed formula, it will always look exactly the same wherever you are in the world. They are therefore perfectly suited for companies with a specific corporate design, such as in the case of Siemens and its famous "Petrol".

You can find more about products with spot colours and further information about HKS- und Pantone colours in our online shop.

In Which Designs (Materials and Formats) Can Desk Pads Be Ordered?

Large or small print runs, with or without spot colours. You have a wide range of options when ordering desk pads from us. Below is a list of all the possibilities to configure your perfect product:

Classic desk pads (CMYK)

Classic desk pads with four-colour printing can be ordered in DIN A3 and DIN A2 format from a minimum print run of 20 to a maximum of 75,000. We print your daily office companion on 80g or 90g thick offset paper. The pad of 25 or 50 sheets is glued at the top or bottom and finished with approximately 1 mm thick backer board.

Desk pads with spot colour

We can produce your desk pads using spot colours with a minimum print run of 20. These are also printed on 80g or 90g offset paper, 25 or 50 sheets collated and reinforced with a 1 mm thick backer board. Desk pads with spot colours can be produced in a print run of up to 2,500. Whether you opt for 1/0 (spot colour), 2/0 (spot colour + spot colour; spot colour + black) or 5/0 (CMYK + spot colour), printed in DIN A2 format, your company is guaranteed to remain on your customers' mind.

What Should Be Considered When Ordering Desk Pads?

At printworld.com we always strive to produce orders to your complete satisfaction. But we also need your help! When creating print templates, please make sure you factor in the bleed margin of at least 2 mm specified in the design templates. Furthermore, important elements such as texts, images and logos should always be placed at least 5 mm from the edge to avoid falling victim to manufacturing tolerances.
